Rock Your Dreams is a women’s empowerment vision board experience that is done in event fashion. A vision board is a tool that assists with mental focus, remembering goals, avoiding distractions, and provides courage to imagine who you are (self- identity) and what exactly you want during this season in your life. RYD enables women with freedom to think creatively and learn the skills necessary to navigate the manifestation process of receiving your heart desires. Through the arts, wellness exercises, thoughtful conversation, motivational text, and action-images women indulge in the healing and empowering experience of collaging to create a Vision Board.
